Manifattura Corti, forte di una esperienza quasi centenaria nel settore del tessile tecnico, ha sperimentato ed immesso sul mercato un prodotto che permetterà agli operatori di ridurre drasticamente le problematiche oggi esistenti.
I risultati del nuovo tessuto STRONG si possono sinteticamente riassumere in quattro punti essenziali:
– stabilità dimensionale
L’utilizzo di una speciale fibra tessile garantita per l’esterno, permette di ridurre del 50% l’allungamento strutturale nel senso della trama, garantendo maggior planarità al tessuto installato
– resistenza alla trazione
Un aumento del 50% delle resistenze di trama, grazie all’aumento del n. di fili in ordito, riduce sensibilmente la possibile formazione delle spine di pesce in prossimità delle cuciture
– protezione ai raggi UV
La particolare composizione del tessuto permette un notevole aumento della protezione dai raggi UV calcolati secondo la norma: UNI EN 13758-1:07
– modulo elastico
Maggior resistenza e minor allungamento, permettono al tessuto di mantenere il modulo elastico iniziale elevato, garantendo la planarità del tessuto confezionato
Altre caratteristiche, quali il leggero aumento di peso e la corposità che si percepisce al tatto, contribuiscono a dare valore al tessuto Novosol STRONG.

Manifattura Corti, thanks to almost a century of experience in the sector of technical textiles, has introduced on the market and experimented a product that will allow the operators to drastically reduce the problems existing today.
The results of the new STRONG fabric can be briefy summarized in four main points:
– dimentional stability
the use of a guaranteed special textile fibre for the outdoor allows to reduce the structural elongation of 50% in direction of the weft, ensuring higher flatness of the fabric installed
– tensile strength
An increase of 50% of the resistances in weft, thanks to a higher number of threads in warp, reduces significantly the possible building of the waffle effect near the seams
– protection from UV Rays
The particular composition of the fabric allows a very high increase of the protection from the UV rays calculated in accordance with the norm UNI EN 13758-1:07
– elasticity
higher resistance and less alongation allow the fabric to mantain the intial high elasticity, ensuring the flatness of the sewed fabric.
Other features, such as the light increase of weight and the fullness which is felt by touch, contribute to value the Novosol STRONG fabric
