S.M.R.E. presenta a Tende e Tecnica 2011 SM-215-SA con sistema di saldatura ad aria calda ed ultrasuono è un sistema completo ed efficiente per la saldatura di un’ampia varietà di tessuti. SM-215-SA è stata creata per andare incontro alle esigenze di molti produttori che hanno bisogno di uno strumento efficiente ad un prezzo competitivo. La saldatura ad ultrasuono (Rotosonic) viene usata per la saldatura di materiali come il TNT (tessuto non tessuto) e una vasta gamma di tessuti tecnici. Questa tecnologia non richiede alcun sistema di saldatura aggiuntivo: infatti sono le stesse ruote di trazione della macchina a generare le vibrazioni che permettono la saldatura dei tessuti.
La saldatura ad aria calda assicura un’elevata qualità sia dal punto di vista della tenuta che dal punto di vista estetico garantendo risultati eccellenti e può essere utilizzata per la saldatura della “zip” su una vasta gamma di tessuti.

S.M.R.E. presents at Tende e Tecnica 2011 the SM-215-SA hot air and ultrasonic welding system is a complete, very efficient system for weld different kinds of fabrics. The SM-215-SA was created to meet the needs of many S.M.R.E. customers who were looking for a competitively priced, but highly effective instrument for continuous linear welding. Rotosonic (ultrasonic) welding is used for heat sensitive materials and is ideal for the bonding of non-woven textiles and high performance technical fabrics. Rotosonic technology does not need any additional heating element or glue to bond materials, since the traction wheels that pull the material are themselves the ultrasound inducing elements that generate the heat producing vibrations that cause the fabric to bond. Hot air welding ensures extremely high quality bonding both in terms of strength, precision and aesthetics. Hot air and ultrasonic welding also give excellent results, both aesthetically and in strength, when used for welding zippers to fabric.
